4. Fourth of July "Sunset on the Beach" in Waikiki

ResortQuest Hawaii proudly presents its third annual "Fourth of July" weekend at Waikiki's renowned "Sunset on the Beach" event on Saturday, July 1, and Sunday, July 2, 2006. The event is presented in partnership with the City & County of Honolulu, Waikiki Improvement Association, and the Hawaii Tourism Authority.

The fun an excitement begins at 5 p.m. daily with local and traditional Hawaiian entertainment featuring top island bands and hula performances, on-stage consumer games, and ResortQuest Hawaii trivia games and prizes. As a special treat, on Saturday, July 1, the men and women of the U.S. Marine Corp Band will present an arrangement of patriotic songs to celebrate the holiday weekend. As dusk rolls in, each night's blockbuster motion picture will entertain an audience of more than 5,000. 5. Aloha Book Spotlight: Hans Hedemann Surf School
